Every roof zone walked, and the record to show for it.
Manteverde is built for the firms that inspect and maintain their clients’ green roofs. The roof is split into zones, each zone is walked by the same checklist on every visit, vegetation is measured against the specification your client’s roof was planted to, and the season ends in a Living Roof Report sent in your company’s name.
The client’s roof, divided the way you inspect it.
A roof is rarely one thing. You divide each one into zones by drainage area, exposure or planting type, and every finding, reading and photo stays tied to the zone where it was seen. Next year, the history of a corner that keeps thinning out is one tap away.
Zones, their areas and their planting are what you enter for each roof. The roof plan is the one you upload or draw.

The zone walk
One walk, four zones, the same checklist in each.
Your inspector comes up through the hatch and walks the roof zone by zone. In each one the same checks come up in the same order, so this autumn’s record can be read against the spring’s.

Membrane edges and flashings are a visual check of what can be seen from the surface. Manteverde does not test, warranty or certify membrane integrity.
Coverage against the specification
Coverage drawn against the target you set.
You set each zone’s coverage target from the vegetation plan or the specification the roof was planted to. On each visit your inspector records the coverage they observe, and the zone is drawn against your line, so a zone slipping behind shows up before your client notices it.
The percentages are sample data. Coverage is what your inspector observes and records; targets come from the roof’s own specification, never from Manteverde.

Photos by visit
The same corner of the roof, season after season.
Photos are filed by zone and by visit, so a zone’s spring, summer and autumn sit side by side. When a client asks how the north drainage area has done since planting, the answer is a scroll, not a search through phones.

A finding to closure
Found, cleared and photographed before your inspector leaves the zone.
Most roof findings are small and closed on the same visit. They still go on the record, with the photo that shows the outlet clear again, because a drain that was cleared is a drain your client can see was cleared.

The Living Roof Report
A Living Roof Report your client can read at a glance.
At the end of a visit or a season, the report is put together from the inspection itself: each zone and its coverage against the target, the drainage checks, the edges, the findings and the work done, the photos, and what comes next. You add a short summary in your own words before it goes.
It goes to your client when you decide: the day they ask, the day you want them to see it, or on a timetable you set, always in your company’s name, as a PDF by email or a link. Nothing sends it automatically.
The report records what your inspector observed and what your crew did. It is formatted for your client’s own records and any submission they make; Manteverde never files it with a city and never calls a roof compliant or certified.
If you use the drafted summary, it is a starting point you edit. The readings and findings are always your inspector’s.
Each finished job also keeps a Work Record, for the client who asks what was done on the day.See the Work Record
Inspections record what is observed on the day. Manteverde does not warranty or certify membrane integrity, structural condition or safe entry, and never files anything with a city or agency: reports are formatted for your client’s own submission.
